Sidney has twelve years of experience in the banking and financial services sector, having worked in all capacities spanning from data entry officer to branch manager. Before he established X-Cel Micro-Credit Services, he led the Takoradi branch of Sinapi Aba Savings and Loans to win the best financial service provider (Savings and Loans) in the Western Region for the years 2016 and 2018 at the Western Regional Financial Excellence Awards. Sidney has extensive knowledge and expertise in the areas of credit management, microfinance, SME financing, merger and acquisitions, operations review, strategy development and implementation as well as organization redesign and financial management.

Mr. Francis Amponsah is a Chartered Accountant and experienced banker with over 8 years’ experience in micro-finance operations in Ghana. Having worked as Corporate Financial Analyst for Sinapi Aba Savings and Loans Ltd, he plays a lot of consulting roles for many microfinance companies in Ghana with respect to accounting, auditing and strategic planning. He holds a Bsc Accounting from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana. He is also a holder of MBA-Finance and MPhil – Finance from KNUST-Ghana. He has over 18 years experience in accounting and banking operations. Richmond is highly competent in treasury and liquidity management at institutional levels.
